Port Stephens will soon boast a state-of-the-art custom-built mixed martial arts gym - currently nearing completion and due to its open doors to the public in Jan 2014.
Specialised training in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu - aligned with Jamie Ballard Academy of BJJ & MMA.
Elite level Muay Thai training offered with men's, women's and mixed classes available.
BAY MMA also offers in-house remedial sports massage for members and non-members by appointment with acredited therapist.
